Work History

I’m a freelance journalist of 6+ years. Originally going to school for game development, and having a passion for video games from a young age, I’m deeply engrained in the industry and culture, giving me a valuable degree of context and familiarity when reporting/writing about the various workings therein.

Having written for a number of various websites (a handful of which I remain a regular contributor), I’ve developed a familiarity with all of the intricacies of online content production. These skills include:

My abilities expand beyond just writing news beats, though. I have experience as a senior editor for Backlogcritic.com (no longer in operation, an unfortunate outcome that was in no way related to my superb copy editing skills).
